The Léon Burnery, the Brest roaster is an institution in Brest! This historic site appeared in 1909, with its first shop on rue Jean Jaurès. The Bozec family, specialized in coffee from generation to generation, opened its third establishment in the Capuchins. This 90 m2 coffee shop, run by Clément Bozec, the grandson, offers coffee sold in bulk (twelve specialities to choose from), but also Mariage Frères tea. At lunchtime, you can eat there with dishes served in jars (risotto, red mullet and dried tomatoes, tagliatelle with shrimps and smoked trout...). In the shop area, you will find the necessary equipment to drink a good coffee (in beans or capsules) with quality machines (cold extraction, Italian, siphon, soft method...). The Bodum brand is also available with thermos and glasses. You can also buy sweet treats, with pastries from the Maison du boulanger, Breton cakes, nougat, jam..
