This is Brest's first organic bakery! It is located between Place Albert-Premier and Clinique Pasteur, in a small street in the Kerinou district. The bread is made according to a natural fermentation process that replaces industrial sourdough. Marjolaine, trained at the International Bakery School, offers different breads every day, including gluten-free, whole wheat, seed, dried fruit, etc. While the price is a little more expensive than in a traditional bakery, due to organic raw materials, it is richer in nutrients and can be stored longer (5 to 6 days). Try the seed bread, it's delicious!
