A veritable Brest institution, this top-of-the-range patisserie, run by Philippe Lallemand and his wife, has been offering a variety of entremets, petits câteaux, tarts and macaroons for three generations, with ganaches in a variety of flavors and even iced desserts in partnership with Breton brand Jampi. You can opt for a family version, for 4, 6 or 8 people, to order. For special occasions, petits fours and pièces montées are also available. Hand-crafted expertise, a family tradition since 1923!
