Specializing in the maturing of meat from eco-responsible agriculture, this butcher shop is worth a try for the taste of its meats as well as for the decor! In this "butcher's delicatessen" located opposite the Recouvrance Bridge, you will be greeted with a smile, in a New York atmosphere: a central log for cutting, refrigerated cupboards, a huge glass maturing room, bunch of deli meats everywhere, red brick walls. You can of course stock up on meat, terrines and tips, but you can also have breakfast or lunch there and you won't be disappointed! Everything is prepared on demand, with products from the butcher's shop.
