When you push the door of this sign, the smell tickles your nose. Famous in the region for its roast chickens, here is a place where you can find beautiful poultry from the best appellations: farm and organic chickens from Challans or the Landes, Bresse chicken, ducks, guinea fowls, pigeons... At the Faisan Doré, we prepare hot dishes for you (mainly poultry of course). You will also find raw and elaborated foie gras, smoked Barthouil salmon and Aquitaine caviar. Also note a range of preserves from the South-West, eggs, cheese and Bordier butter (the butter of gourmets!) as well as game in season.
