In 2025, it will be 10 years since Isabelle Plouhinec opened her delicatessen in April 2015, out of a love for simple things and quality products. She has set herself a rule, that of the 4 Fs: Fresh, Fine, Famous, Finisterian! That says it all! There are a few exceptions (for Roquefort, for example), but shhh! You'll find raw-milk and farmhouse cheeses, terrines, jams, and good bottles of wine to go with it all. The manager is on hand to help you find the perfect food and wine pairing.
