PONTUSVAL LIGHTHOUSE
This pretty little lighthouse built by the architect Rousseau is a magical place, listed as a Monument Historique.
Commissioned in 1869, this pretty little lighthouse (14.5 m high, or 52 steps) was built by the architect Rousseau. Spared during the Second World War, it was inhabited by a keeper until 2003. Now private, it is not open to the public, but you can still get close to it and enjoy the magnificent view. Registered as a Historic Monument since 2016, it is well known to photographers who were the first to recognize this magical place. You will find it north of the port of Brignogan-Plages, on the tip of Beg-Pol.
