HUÎTRES PRAT AR COUM
Prat Ar Coum is above all the story of the Madec family. Established on the spot since 1898, pioneer of the oyster farming in the Abers by making from the beginning the choice of the best parks, it serves since the best tables of France, for a success which never stopped. Their oysters, by staying at Prat-Ar-Coum, acquire their singular and subtle flavour, unique character of the Abers. This soil could be translated by a mixture of softness and iodized vivacity accompanied by a small taste of hazelnut, which made their reputation. Notice to the amateurs!
