The chef Jean-Michel Braesch will delight you with cheese specialties and meat dishes : flambéed pies of course, but also seasonal grilled meats, baeckeofe, knepfle with vegetables, ham with munster cheese, entrecôte steak... As for the desserts, they will delight the taste buds of young and old gourmets ! Add to that theme evenings (mussels and French fries, suckling pig, food and wine pairings...) and musical evenings (concerts...) which are always very popular (reservations required). As a bonus: two authentic bowling alleys are available upon reservation.
