Secrets de famille is a family cannery run by two sisters, who bring their grandmother's recipes up to date. Among their flagship products, rillettes, pâtés, vegetable terrines, ready-made meals, soups and a little curiosity, the foie gras velvet! These are foies gras with cream, combined with original flavours that give them a unique taste, to be enjoyed on lightly toasted toast: on the menu, foie gras velvet with porcini mushrooms, apricot-pistachio, onions preserved with balsamic fig and fine Brittany.
