CHAPEL OF ST. ANNE
Located not far from the port of Doëlan, the Sainte-Anne chapel was built in 1951, in granite, according to the plans of Pierre Brunerie, architect from Quimper. It houses a statue representing Saint Anne, Mary and the Child Jesus, but also the remains of a calvary dating from the early 16th century and coming from the abbey of Saint-Maurice, a mystery remains concerning it, indeed the inscription engraved in Gothic letters on its base has not yet been deciphered. Namely: during the summer period, the chapel hosts many exhibitions.
