A must-see in the Ville Close, Le Penfret is located in the middle of the main street. Inside, an imposing fireplace, exposed stonework and antique furniture make it a favorite with tourists. Here, you can sample the house specialties, such as the famous Blanquette de noix de Saint-Jacques. You'll also find seaweed pot-au-feu, superb seafood platters, fried mussels, whelk platters and crab mayonnaise. The restaurant also features seafood dishes such as tuna grilled a la plancha, and house specialties like sardines. It's also a crêperie with round-the-clock service for tasty homemade crepes. In short, an establishment offering excellent value for money, with a lovely terrace opening onto the street (car-free) as soon as the first rays of sunshine arrive. Definitely an address to remember.

Par contre attention lorsque vous demandez un thé avec une rondelle de citron, on vous fait payer la rondelle 30 centimes, j'ai jamais vu ça, et la patronne vous dit carrement c'est marqué sur la carte, non seulement je n'ai pas eu la carte pour commander un café et/ou un thé et en plus personne ne vous dit que la rondelle est en supplément, je trouve ça inadmissible, et super cher pour une rondelle
