The festival is named after Simenon's famous police novel. In 2019, the association of the same name will celebrate its 25 th ^{year of existence. Every summer, in July, she organized this festival of the polar, the oldest manifestation for this literary genre in Brittany. Some thirty authors and polars illustrators from all over France and even elsewhere find themselves under its top.
