As a young chocolatier in his thirties, Jérémy Thierry has been recognized by his peers. At the end of 2024, the artisan chocolatier was awarded the prestigious Tablette d'or by the Club des croqueurs de chocolat for their 2025 guide. An award he had already won in 2023. He first set up shop in his grandfather's former blacksmith's workshop in La Forêt-Fouesnant. This recent boutique in Concarneau has enabled him to get closer to chocolate lovers and introduce them to the richness of his delicious chocolate creations.
