At the end of 2022, the Fumoir de l'Enfer changed ownership and became L'Optimist'e. On the estacade of the Rhu port, the place keeps its vintage decor. Thomas, the new master of the place, continues to move you with his planchas composed of smoked fish from Guilvinec. The Label Rouge salmon comes from Scotland. The different types of wood, the alcohols and the spices handled with art give an amazing diversity of flavors. For your greatest pleasure.
