LE CLOS DE VALLOMBREUSE
A popular address for the chef's delicately colored cuisine, who concocts a Return from the Market menu for lunch
We like this 14th-century manor for its privileged setting in the city centre, its location opposite the bay. We also like it for its table nestled in a room with rare elegance. The menus of the young female chef have names that sound like invitations: Douceurs et Tradition (Sweet and Tradition), Saveurs et Plaisirs (Savours and Pleasures), Coup de coeur du chef (Chef's favourite), Eveil des Gourmets (Gourmets' Wakening). She likes working fresh produce to make a "colourful and delicate cuisine" Every day excepton Friday evenings, Saturday evenings and on Sunday, she concocts a Retour du marché (Back from the market) menu that you can modulate into a lunch menu. If you have got time, try the Déjeuner détente (Relaxation Lunch) during the week where for €26 all inclusive, you will have a spa treatment before or after lunch. A place to discover.

Kamers hebben dringend een onderhoud nodig, de gangen ruiken naar onverluchte muffige kelders... kortom, moesten ze wat moeite doen, was het echt leuk, maar nu raad ik het niet aan.
