L'ARMOR
Armor is the restaurant at the Best Western Thalasstonic Hotel in Treboul. The chef, Laurent Tanguy, serves refined market cuisine throughout the year. On the map, it offers dishes of the earth - like the Breton Villages at the Telenn Du -, the sea - like burbot couscous and its taboulet - and some beautiful land and sea blends such as Cod with green cabbage and Iberian ibérique Bellota and Espuma, with vinaigrette and mushroom dressing, and egg egg. Desserts are very sought-after, such as Black blé Sablé and its Ganache mixture chocolate mixture. Every Thursday evening, its sea buffet will delight the greedy and the "reasonable" after their pre-thalasso, opting for a healthy menu.
