Gothic style chapel dating from the 15th century, renovated in neoclassical style in the 18th century, classified as a historical monument.

The age of this chapel gives it a great patrimonial and historical value, indeed it dates from the 15th century. Built in the Rosmeur district in the Gothic style, the chapel of Saint Helena was redesigned in the 18th century in a neo-classical style, which continues to this day. It contains paintings from the 18th century as well as superb stained glass windows dating from the 16th century. Restored in 2010, the side altarpieces have been restored with their respective paintings. In 2012, it was classified as a historical monument (its bell tower had already been classified for 80 years...).

Très bel endroit dans la ville haute. Ancienne église paroissiale du port.

Jewel in the city center. A visit to the Michaelmas chapel and the Saint-Herlé Church is worth... Douarnenez is not very rich achitecturalement speaking, it would be a shame to visit side without raise your eyes.
