It offers a wide selection of charcuterie products, including hams, sausages, roasts, ribs and pâtés. The products are made on site by Paul Keroué, the farm's owner. The pigs are raised on straw, in conditions that respect both the animal and the environment. Meat is free from colorants and preservatives. In addition to retail sales, the farm also offers 10 or 20 kg packages, as well as half and whole pigs. Meat can also be brined on request.
