CAP'HELIX ESCARGOTS...
If you've never tasted snails before, now's the time to do it at the Cap'Hélix snail farm. Opened in 1993, the farm raises organic snails and processes them by hand. All year round, Cap'Hélix offers a wide range of fresh, frozen and canned products: petits-gris au naturel, stuffed in shells or croquilles, in sauces, mousses or terrines, candied or marinated. The workshop also prepares stuffed shellfish (clams, mussels, scallops). The farm also produces organic eggs, fruit and vegetables. The stall offers home-made jams, fruit juices and other local products (beers, ciders, rusks, pasta, etc.). An atypical place you'll love to discover.
