Founded in December 2023 by young Victor Da Silva, this patisserie has nothing to envy local institutions. The young pastry chef has excelled in this field, which has fascinated him from an early age. As soon as he graduated, Victor decided to set up his own company to make his own creations. Mention spéciale au gâteau vanille/cacahuètes
Pas sucrée, les saveurs sont bien présentes, on sent que c'est des produits frais, qui sont travaillé avec passion. Le fruits de la passion et mangue qui est frais en bouche et légèrement assidulé avec une crème vanille légère. Et le gateaux au chocolat avec un biscuit craquant comme il faut et le goût du cacao qui dure en bouche, des noisettes torréfiées et un légé coulis de caramel. Ils sont juste excellent.
Je vous souhaite le meilleur et attend de découvrir de nouvelles créations.
Ses réalisations sont exceptionnelles, que ce soit au niveau du goût ou de la présentation.
