Sten Marc, crémier-fromager, offers a fine gourmet address. This cheese dairy is quite an adventure. In the beginning, Sten left the profession, even though it was part of his family lineage. Then he hit the road with his cheese truck. He met up with local dairy producers, and went to markets in strong winds to stay loyal to his customers. Since 1996, he has been developing his range of cheeses, which you can taste directly on site in his cheese bar in the Prat-Pip Sud area of Guipavas. We love the concept.
