Sten Marc, creamer-cheesemaker, offers a beautiful gourmet address. And it's quite an adventure this cheese dairy. At the beginning, Sten had left the business, which was part of his family lineage. Then he took to the roads with his cheese truck. He meets the local dairy farmers, goes to markets in windy weather to be faithful to his customers. Since 1996, he has developed his range of cheeses and you can taste them directly on the spot, Prat-Pip sud zone in Guipavas, in his cheese bar. We love the concept.
