FERME-AUBERGE STROHBERG
Farmhouse on an impressive slope at an altitude of 1,100 m
Clinging to an impressive slope at an altitude of 1,100 m, this farmhouse inn with its decoration centred on the world of cows opens onto two terraces from where the view is breathtaking. The Barb family feeds walkers with their famous marcaire menu. Every evening, the capped munster and the Strohberg gröstel (potatoes, bacon, onions, all covered with two fried eggs) are on the menu! And on weekend evenings, there's plenty of "pierrade" (a kind of "stone") on reservation. The regulars of the area also take the opportunity to stock up on cheese and home-made charcuterie!
