MAIRIE DE L'ILE DE BATZ

The island of Batz can be reached via the port of Roscoff, north of Morlaix in Finistère. To get there by car, take the Rennes-Brest or Nantes-Brest expressway, heading for Morlaix, then Roscoff. You can also take the train to Morlaix, then a bus to Roscoff. The nearest airport is Brest-Guipavas, 60 km from Roscoff. Crossings to Batz Island are operated by the Batz Island launches. Outside this period, timetables vary. We advise you to check with the Batz Island boats for precise timetables. Dogs are also allowed free of charge. Payment can be made by cheque, cash, credit card (only in season) or vacation vouchers. Reservations are not required for private customers. Boarding is at low tide at the end of the pier, a 10-minute walk, and at high tide at Roscoff's old port.
