The Auberge du Vieux Château offers fresh products that the chef, Eric Claude, has been sublimating for many years. In this inn that can accommodate very large groups (perfect for weddings and seminars), simple amateurs and tourists will also find their pleasure. Whether it be lieu jaune, saint-pierre, monkfish or even veal grenadins with Riesling (amazing!), everything is well worked out and well presented. It must be said that Eric Claude loves his job and makes it known. The gustative stage which is essential!
