The specialty of this family-run restaurant? Stewed lobster, simmered for over 3 hours (reservations required), as well as seafood platters served all year round. Here, fish, crabs, lobsters, abalone and lobsters are all locally sourced. The wine list changes three times a year, with a rich selection of 100 wines, 15 of which are organic. The ambience is modern, the cuisine artisanal and meticulous. Don't forget to book: the place is in demand. Note that Vioben has been in the Michelin Bib Gourmand guide since 2018 and has two toques from Gault & Millau (2017).
