Chef Jean-Marie Collin and his team take you on an authentic culinary journey through the rich flavors of the region, day and night. In a warm and friendly atmosphere, on the covered walkway facing the water, you can enjoy a variety of sweet crêpes and savoury galettes, all equally tasty, fresh and local. You can also enjoy them in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere on the terrace overlooking the River Élorn. Try, for example, one of the house's flagship recipes: the black pudding galette with roasted apples. Perfectly browned and filled with fresh ingredients, you'll also be delighted by galettes with Guéméné andouille, Breton sausage and more classic flavors, with Emmental cheese or ham. Among other things, you can compose your own savoury galette thanks to the many ingredients available. Les crêpes sont excellentes et d’une fraîcheur remarquable. Nous avons l’habitude de fréquenter des crêperies mais je dois dire que celles la sont très bonnes, bien loin de l’attrape touriste de certaines..
