The Histoire et Culture de Bretagne association, made up of teachers, historians and enthusiasts, has rehabilitated the legendary Hôtel de Beauséjour to open in 2023 a museographic space dedicated to the Brittany of yesterday and today. The site will be a place to anchor, exchange and pass on ideas," and will comprise 4 immersive spaces: History of Brittany, Ar Marveilhou, Legends of Brittany, Brittany Today, and the temporary exhibition space. Message from Management
A point of anchorage, exchange and transmission of the culture of Brittany and the Bretons. A true cultural and economic project, Breizh Odyssey is inspired by history to build our common future.
Its objective: to diffuse the historical material of Brittany, from the most ancient times to the end of the 20th century and to make discover the Brittany of today, by highlighting all its potentialities, its assets and its universes of possibilities!
In addition to its 4 museographic spaces, the place will include a café/restaurant with a sea view, a store with specialties made in Breizh and a liquor store.
