From Monday to Friday, the trawlers of Guilvinec set out at dawn on their "Fishing Route" to find the famous langoustine. It's only in the late afternoon that you'll catch a glimpse of them on the horizon before they arrive in port. The species are landed quickly before disappearing into the auction. But what happens there? Accompanied by a guide, discover the excitement of the auction. A treat for all. It's also an opportunity to discover some species of fish and shellfish as you've never seen them before - because they're scary!
