At the turn of the year 2000, the Westhalten cellar and the Heim House became part of the Bennwihr cellar. It is from this happy merger that the name Bestheim was born, synonymous with terroirs rich in famous vintages and an association of complementary know-how! Today, the site is dedicated to the development and production of crémants. Just the return of things since the Westhalten cellar was one of the instigators of the Crémant d'Alsace appellation!
