Domaine du Bollenberg, located in Westhalten, is an independent vineyard in the heart of Alsace. With 25 hectares of vines, including some on the Bollenberg hillside, it enjoys an excellent reputation. The estate uses organic methods for vinification and ageing, with manual harvesting and vinification in wooden tuns. In addition to wines, the estate also produces 52 eaux-de-vie and liqueurs, including classics such as kirsch and mirabelle plum, as well as more original flavors. The estate also organizes cellar tours, available in French, English or German, lasting around 45 minutes.
