Located in Alsace on the Wine Route in the charming village of Wettolsheim, this residence offers a real haven of peace. The residence welcomes elderly people who wish to retain their independence while at the same time benefiting from home maintenance. Individual dwellings are practical, aesthetic and luminous and are pre-adapted to the loss of mobility. This infrastructure also offers a range of integrated services provided by a team available all week: lunch at noon restaurant and snack at 4 p. m., lounge and bar, cinema and library, home meal delivery, cleaning, laundry, sport… Chateaux are not a medicalized residence, the services provided by the living auxiliaries are not included in the lease. There is therefore no subscription obligation. Furnished and equipped with all modern comforts, 56 T 2 apartments from 40 to 60 m 2 and a 32 m 2 studio are available for rent. They have been specially designed to facilitate the daily life of the elderly (Italian showers, corridors and wide doors…) and are equipped with an alarm device.
