It is a real family saga that animates the Paul Buecher estate, established for 3 centuries in Wettolsheim. Here, we take care to produce high expression grape varieties while preserving nature, traditions and the love of wine. The vineyard covers 30 hectares spread over various terroirs. On the vineyard side, we use gentle techniques. The vintages are varied and of high quality, mixing great vintages with exceptional wines, from traditional grape varieties to Personal Reserves and Crémant d'Alsace. Check it out during your visit!

Nous y sommes allés plusieurs fois en juin 2023. Nous avons testé et acheté notamment le riesling grand cru Brand 2019, pinot gris Brand 2017 et le crémant brut prestige. Je recommande ces 3 choix qui laissent et accomodent parfaitement un pâté de canard, un foie gras d'Alsace. Pour finir je recommande l'alcool de framboises délicatement parfumé. Bref une halte obligatoire en Alsace.

Très très bon accueil, visite de la cave et explication de leur travail. Des vins formidables à un tarif fort raisonnable. Je conseille les yeux fermés, Bravo !
