The wines are matured in barrels for 12 months before being offered for tasting. Le couple est issu de la production viticole, le mari étant de la 12ème génération et la femme de la 8ème génération, et ils sont très fiers de la vinification. 자연 친화적인 내추럴 와인을 아주 잘 만드는 와이너리이다. 부부는 와인 생산 후손으로 남편은 12대, 부인은 8대손으로 와인양조에 관한 자긍심이 대단하다. 다양한 품종별 와인을 생산하지만 특히 피노누아 와인은 칭찬할만하다.
