CIDRERIE DE TROMELIN
The Cider de is a cider that deserves your visit. The work of the Han An Mor Association and Service assists with other workshops on medico-social support, training and socio-professional integration of disabled adults. Created in 1996 with the support of the CIDREF (Cidricole Committee for Development and Research and finistérien research) - the union of apple producers and processors - this cider has a great deal. Raw cider (tannic), half-dry (fruity), is produced here from apples from South Finistère, a large part of the area of controlled designation of origin (AOC) of the Cornwall orchards. Some 50 000 bottles (apple juice and cidricoles products) are made handcrafted every year. As elsewhere, manufacturing responds to meticulous monitoring and traceability of all moments, guarantees of quality and authenticity.
