The viaduct is the symbolic monument of Morlaix, but it is also a restaurant. The chef cuisine dishes from here and elsewhere as the cassoulet, calf head or kig ha local. Dishes based on seafood and meat change according to the seasons as well as the accompaniment that one can choose according to its tastes: zucchini, skipped apples, risotto, mashed apples, potato potatoes, soup or simple apples… before finishing with a sweet note. The hotel was very close to the city centre.

Cuisine de qualité, délicieuse et authentique. J'y ai retrouvé le goût des plats de mémé ! Et le riz au lait ....!!! Hum ???? merci au chef et au service impec

Après un deuxième passage cette semaine, suite à l'émotion gustative que j'ai eue mercredi dernier avec le pavé de selle d'agneau, accompagné simplement mais divinement d' un jus d'ail et d'un gratin dauphinois qui me rappelle celui de ma maman, ce soir le Pavé de Merlu, sauce poivre et riz noir, Là la charmante serveuse me dit : la sauce poivre est assez présente. Ouï effectivement au fur et à mesure que l'on déguste le plat. Tout s'accélère et tout s'équilibre à un moment. Merci Chef
