Founded in 1944 and based in Morlaix, Le Télégramme is the most widely read daily newspaper in Finistère. Headed by Édouard Coudurier, it has evolved into a multimedia group. It covers national and especially local news, thanks to its extensive network of journalists and correspondents. Le Télégramme comprises 19 local editions covering the Breton departments of Finistère, Morbihan and Côtes-d'Armor. It is also based in Rennes. The local TV channel Tébéo, chaired by Hubert Coudurier, is based on the group's Brest premises.
