Well-known beyond the borders of the Bigouden region, Chez Marie-Cath's paillote is a veritable institution where a whole small world gathers: tourists, surfers, families, friends, a few celebrities and sailors who even have a piece of the counter named after them! Open only in season, the straw hut never lets up, and it's easy to see why when you're welcomed with such generosity. What's more, the location is superb, behind Porscarn Dune. On the menu: salads, fish, grilled meats, and the famous kouigns, "Pors-Carn's Bigouden pancakes".
