Based in Penmarc'h, the Haut Linage restaurant is inspired by "Château du Haut-Linage", a Pauillac wine. Since its creation, the establishment has received several awards, including two toques in the Gault et Millau guide and a "Tables et saveurs de Bretagne" distinction. It was also elected ambassador of taste by "Le Tour des Terroirs". Klervi Tanniou and Corentin Ogor invite you to discover their lively, emotionally-charged cuisine. They work with numerous local producers to guarantee the quality of their cuisine. You'll enjoy varied menus, changing according to the seasons and the chef's inspirations. Your taste buds will travel through the Discovery Menu, different every week. Special menus await you evenings and weekends. If you're coming with a group, you can opt for the Le Sant Per menu, with a choice of four courses, a variety of desserts and a wine and food pairing. Take, for example, the Maquereau de Petit Bateau Vermouth with emulsified butter and smoked herring pearl. For dessert, enjoy La Noisette, a hazelnut-based delicacy with praline ice cream.
