SAINT NONNA CHURCH
This church built in a gothic style is a must if you come to Saint-Guénolé.
Built in a gothic style in 1508 thanks to donations from shipowners, the church dedicated to Saint Nonna, also called Saint Vougay or Saint Vio, is a must if you come to Saint-Guénolé. Its dimensions are worthy of a small cathedral! Many sculptures in the shape of boats or fishes decorate the outside walls, signs of thanks to the fishermen who participated in its construction. Inside, an original font supported by a mermaid and more than forty statues representing Saint Michael, Saint Anne and Saint Nonna.
