In the heart of the village of Le Croëzou in Plogonnec, you'll find the artisanal bakery Ti Bara Mat. Specializing in old-fashioned breads baked over a wood fire, this bakery offers visitors the chance to discover or rediscover the authentic flavours of old-fashioned breads. In addition to breads, Ti Bara Mat also offers a variety of pure butter viennoiseries, Breton cakes and delicately caramelized kouignoù amann. All products are homemade from rigorously selected organic ingredients sourced from local producers. The flour used is stone-ground to retain maximum nutrients. Baking takes place on stone slabs in the bakery's real wood-fired oven, giving the products an incomparable character.
