Have you ever eaten at the top of a 50 m high water tower? Take the elevator or the 267-step staircase for the more athletic, and enjoy a breathtaking view! Once you've settled in, enjoy a crêpe with Molène sausage or an omelette on billig, and finish off with a sweet speciality (we recommend L'île de Trévors!). The flour comes from the Francès flour mill in Bohars, the eggs from Milizac, the seaweed tartare from Portsall - all local!

The menu is diverse, ranging from gourmet crêpes to crêpes garnies and crêpes au froment, as well as mixed salads and omelettes cooked on bilig, and free-range eggs with cream.
