Every Friday morning, the village of Ploudalmezeau hosts a market of local producers in the main square.
On the producers' side, you will find in particular two local fishmongers who will offer you the fishing of the day, organic vegetables from the lampaul-ploudalmezeau and milizac farms, a maturing cheesemaker who should delight all lovers, excellent organic st pabu bread, milizac honey, salmon trout from the aber wrac'h, organic cow's and sheep's milk yogurts....
On the catering side, we recommend the nomadic sushi makis, made in front of you. A rotisserie will also offer you hot dishes.
Feel free to bring your containers for your daily purchases, they will always be appreciated.
