The 8 chapels of Plougastel-Daoulas, which come to life in summer thanks to the classical music festival.
In addition to its calvary, Plougastel-Daoulas boasts eight chapels scattered around the peninsula (Saint-Jean, Saint-Adrien, Saint-Claude, Saint-Guénolé, Saint-Languis, Saint-Trémeur, Sainte-Christine and Notre-Dame-de-La-Fontaine-Blanche), most of which date back to the 16th century. Varying in size, they are especially lively in summer thanks to the classical music festival Le Chant des Chapelles, whose program focuses on sacred vocal music, particularly well-suited to the spirit of the place.
