This museum, inaugurated in 1992, is the only one in France to retrace the history of this tasty red fruit. From the arrival of a new variety of strawberry in the 18th century to its cultivation, everything is explained! The museum offers a varied scenography that also allows you to understand the heritage of Plougastel-Daoulas. Temporary exhibitions and many activities are added to the museum's programme. Nous avons participé à un atelier créatif autour de la fraise : histoire de la fraise de Plougastel, aquarelle et construction en pâte auto durcissante. Les enfants (9 et 12 ans) et moi-même avons passé un chouette moment avec Violaine, la guide. Merci à elle pour sa sympathie.
