Beware, starred restaurant (lined with a 4-star hotel)! The chef, Nicolas Conraux, was awarded one star in the Michelin guide in 2014, and has kept it with a cuisine full of flavour and imagination. Refinement and originality, terroir and freshness, so many words that describe the cuisine served in this restaurant. Please note: the establishment offers a Sunday brunch at the Comptoir (by reservation), from 10:30am to 2pm. It also has a delicatessen, which has its own entrance independent of the hotel and the restaurant, open every day from 10:00 to 21:30.
