Welcoming creperie offering savory and sweet crepes made with buckwheat or wheat and apple galettes.
It was in 1920 that the house was founded, since then, salted and sweet pancakes, made from buckwheat or wheat, are discovered on the plate, unlike any other such product, exquisite as the patron saint's welcome. The front has recently been redone, which gives more clarity to the room, still in its original state. We like the style with pine tables and white chairs, a red wall and a beautiful exhibition of paintings. We are not in Pont-Aven for nothing... Considered since time immemorial as one of the best creperies in the area, Talisman owes its reputation to recipes secretly passed down from generation to generation, but also to fresh products purchased from local producers. Wheat flour, for example, comes from the Pont-Aven mill, buckwheat flour is organic, and andouille comes from Baye and sausages from Riec sur Bélon. On the salty side, we can mention smoked salmon with cream, lemon, leeks, cheese, snail butter! For the sweet, we don't miss the famous apple cake, the house's specialty, flambéed with calvados. Otherwise, gourmands can also enjoy chestnut cream, chocolate or salted caramel with cider or farm milk, a delight...
