Flagship products: fine patties or Breton pucks manufactured in an artisanal way with ingredients from local producers: Breton half-salt butter, flour milled in Brittany, whole eggs, and more original ingredients such as buckwheat or spelt flour, stone regrind by a minotier close to the biscuit… everything without dyes or artificial flavourings.
Other products: the famous kouign kouign, lace pancakes, wheat pancakes, or liquid caramel in salted butter.
