COLLEGIATE CHURCH NOTRE-DAME DE ROSCUDON

Constructed in the thirteenth century, this beautiful parish church is a real stone lace. First of all you will find the nave, constructed in 1260, then the transept square from the fourteenth century, and finally the last row and a blazing bedside from the fifteenth or the sixteenth century. Some other beautiful elements from Notre Dame de Roscudon includes the late fourteenth century porch (topped by a high and finely sculptured gable), but also the arrow that dates from the mid fifteenth century. Inside, the pillars are alternately surrounded by four or eight columns. The church also houses a rich collection of furniture like this remarkable statuary - including an amazing Last Supper - as well as stained glass windows dating from the fifteenth to the twentieth century (two from Gruber). Not to mention this moving sculpture of Rene Quillivic standing in the garden ...
