The great chef Jean-Daniel Rosa who was five times rewarded at the Quiberon gastronomy competitions, delight his guests with his delicacies. His latest creation is nougat, cooked with Breton honey and chips of salted butter caramel and dried apples in its matzo leaf decorated with Breton ermines. Its bigoudènes truffles – ganache amber flavoured with honey and mead rolled in icing cinnamon sugar are equally very delightful.
